The Elder Stats is a website that receives large amounts of content influx per day. With this in mind, please be sure to first understand that, while the Board of Moderation does the best they can to keep The Elder Stats clean, legalized, and compliant with our rules, it is nearly impossible for the Board of Moderation to review every article of content that is entered into The Elder Stats databases. If you are to come across material that you believe could be classified as illegal, non-compliant with The Elder Stats Rules and Guidelines, obscene, vulgar, offensive, or otherwise unfavorable, it most likely has not yet seen by the Board of Moderation. If you come across material such as this, please contact a member of the Board of Moderation and alert them of this content immediately. If you find that character profiles, comments, or forum posts meet this criteria, you have the ability to report this suspected material using the Report feature located near each of these items. Please understand that The Elder Stats administration, the Board of Moderation, members, and any other party associated with The Elder Stats cannot be held responsible for unfavorable content being publicly posted on The Elder Stats - only the author of such content can be held responsible for his/her actions. Every article of content that is posted on The Elder Stats website displays the name of the author who has posted it. If you wish to report a specific member to the Board of Moderation for constant negligence of The Elder Stats Rules and Guidelines, you are certainly welcome to do so. Any member found to have been mistreating other members will be dealt with firmly. Warnings and bans will be issued, if necessary, given the situation gets out of hand. The Board of Moderation always has the final say in issues regarding content validity and compliance, and no member can deny their authority in such situations. The Board of Moderation has the power to warn and ban any member who they feel is violating any rule or guideline that The Elder Stats is governed by. If you feel that a member of the Board of Moderation is abusing their powers, however, you may report this type of situation to any administrator via private message and the issue will be investigated and sorted out.

With this in mind, please refrain from posting any false statistics or information for any of the characters that you have on your account. Posting false statistics for your characters is quite pointless. If at any time a Board of Moderation member finds any of your characters' profiles to contain false or exaggerated statistics or information, they have the right to take action. Profiles found to contain false or exaggerated statistics or information will be hidden on sight with the creator of the character notified immediately via private message. We want you to enjoy your experience on The Elder Stats, and part of enjoying your experience here is posting legitimate statistics for your characters so that you can effectively compare your characters to other characters, get comprehensive feedback on your characters, and truly enjoy your experience here on The Elder Stats.
