Comments/Character Bio:
This was my first attempt to create a max stat/skill character with medium level cap. Her secondary goal is to have the highest bounty ever (not-consoled or otherwise hacked of course.)
She likes long walks in the wilderness and her favorite hobby is collecting keys from town guard corpses. She has dabbled in corpse arranging and is quite familiar with custom spell creation. However she rarely uses drain health or 100% chameleon because they make her trophies feel less earned. She enjoyed her time as a 100% vampire, using custom restoration spells to kill guards in broad daylight, but she felt her stats weren't all they could be so she cured herself and has proceeded on her quest to perfection without the aid of porphyric hemophelia.
This character does not use any exploits to increase her stats.
