Hey Dazzleman, I fully agree with what your saying and i also feel that things take longer in fallout 3 but that may be because u don't have athletics skill and you don't have horses...

Yes, you can only get mods on the PC.
Yeah thats the one downside of useing the 360
you cant get mods and some of the mods i've seen around the internet look really good!!!Oh well i still enjoy this game without mods.

Its very amuseing... I just look forward to maxing my skills so i can kill enimies in one hit with my bow when sneaking. but untill then i just have to beat them down.
