Whenever I walk up to him and speak to him, there isn't any text on my screen and the camera just zooms in on his face and he shouts "BASTARD" without his lips moving, then the conversation automatically ends and he walks off. How rude.

The only new stuff you can add is through DLC. The game doesn't update with new stuff.

No idea where Rena would go, she doesn't have anywhere she might go to outside of Choral, all I can advise is double check the house east of the fighters guild hall in Choral. As for the dog, if he isn't with her all I can say is possibly check the roads between Choral and Aleswell.

That person just filled in each box, you only become a member of the Mythic dawn during a single quest and after that your no longer part of the faction, and that character obviously has completed the quest because he is champion of Cyrodill, same for the blackwood company as he is master of the fig...

I considered documenting everything my character did onto a journal when the next ES comes out, in hindsight I should have done it when Fallout 3 came out... maybe I didn't because the experiences in Fallout 3 are not as unique as the experiences in the ES games.

Well unless you saved over your previous character it must have been a bug.

Intelligence raises Magicka, Willpower raises the speed in which you regain Magicka, if you max out Intelligence then your Magicka shouldn't increase when you level.

The whole point is the character has no life before Jail or the boat, as that is filled in by the person playing him.
