Personally, I also enjoy using blunt, even when its not a major skill. Specifically the Hammer Nerveshatter from The Isles. Otherwise I use Umbra or the Dragonblade. I personally like to play the protector and collector. Whenever I have a friendly NPC near me, I go out of my way to protect them. I don't have as much gold as I could have because I like to keep what I find and decorate my house with it.
