I have done some calculations a while ago. And I figured out that they make about $1,800,000,000 (1 Billion 800 Million Dollars) a year off of WoW. And that's not including the money they get from the actual game, that's just how much they accumulate from the 15 bucks a month they get. I also calculated that from 10 million players. I am pretty sure it's somewhere over 11 million now.

Yeah, I know. I mean, they don't keep all of that money, but they still probably have tons after they are done.

Yeah, but as you might have said, they use lots of them to pay their developers, GM's and other.

But i know, it's CrAzY!

I quit once I realized it was consuming my life. My friends want me to play with them on a free private server but I just refuse to go back to it. Its not worth it.

They probably use some of that money for server maintenance and marketing/advertising, as well. Still, that would be a lot left over.
