Why can't I make polls in the "Oblivion Discussion" forum? Is it a bug on my end or a rule that has been made for some reason?

I can make a poll in there. I guess members can't? Try again and tell us what happens.

It was a permission setting on the forum. For some reason, I gave regular forum members standard access on the forum, but that did not include usage of the poll creation feature. This was also a problem in The Elder Stats Discussion forum. I've fixed the member permissions for both of these forums, so you should be able to create a poll now.
