The members will come. Just wait until the website is released, then give it some time.

I have been telling all my oblivion playing friends, state side, about the site and they said they will join when the actual site is launched.

A lot of people like to roleplay or give their character a background, so I think it might be useful to have a text box where you can add a bio for your character.

I think the comments box should suffice. If someone adds comments on their character, they will probably be about his/her background.

Yes, that's what I figured. Good suggestion, though. Also, I am planning to add in a section of each character's profile where members can comment on the character's stats and that sort of thing. It would be much like a regular forum topic, although it would be listed in a character's profile. What do you guys think of this idea?
