My girlfriend made me see the new Harry Potter, it really wasnt that great. I think around Prisoner of Azkaban the movies went from sticking to the books to dumbing the story down for people who are a bit slower/making it crap in the eyes of fans. And Leauge of Extraordinary Gentlemen was a bit lackluster too.

Its certainly not what they promised when it came out. They were on a roll for awhile when they made their own series but have dropped off the face of the earth now.
