In the development stages, it gets nerve-racking trying to get things done, so sometimes you need to fool around and invent some crazy stuff to keep you from exploding from the workload. ;)

I've noticed that it kept going from that ShamWow salesman to a guy that looks like Frasier. Pretty funny, if you ask me. Although I don't believe that you will be able to upload both of those images as your avatar, considering the fact that it somehow switches between each one randomly and it's not all contained in one image.

Now, about having a .gif as your avatar, my current avatar is actually a .gif and it works fine. Are you sure your avatar is meeting the specifications of size (100px by 100px max, 97.66 KiB max)?
