fate of Parrthunax

Just wondering who let him live and killed him? I can see valid cases being made either way. Feel free to tell me yours.

Haha, this is really late coming. I haven't been on this forum in a long time. I personally let him live. I thought it was stupid for me to kill a peaceful being. I pretty much spat in the face of Delphine when she told me to do it and never saw her again, haha.

I finally decided to take him out but I do feel bad about doing it. He's been sitting alone on a mountain for ages, hard to be tempted there. When a dragon corps starts showing up to learn the way of the voice things might change. Even though I would be willing to trust him I'd surely don't trust the others who would show up. Too bad Esbern's potion still doesn't work, I made it from the remains of Paar himself.

I spared him. I was going to kill him, but what he said about overcoming his destructive urges made me think twice. Also, the blades should serve the Dragonborn, not give him orders, so i just killed delphine.

She isn't essential?

I think she loses her essential tag after that point.

Anyway, I let him live. he'd been up there for ages without harming anyone, I saw no reason to kill him just because he was a dragon. and if he can teach other dragons to be less destructive, I can't see that as a bad thing. Someone above said they trusted him just fine but not his students... well that's hardly his fault, is it? if they misbehave, kill them, it's not his fault.

Hm, I might actually kill her then, haha. I lost all respect for her when she told me to do that.
